Freddy is a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with 30 years of military service. His career includes senior leadership at the Maneuver Center of Excellence and the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, with experience spanning operational units, training, and leader development.

His civilian experience includes U.S. Army account leadership at Oura Health, business development at Trinsic Software, and operations leadership at the National Infantry Museum. That combination informs his approach: understand the mission, listen to the people closest to the need, and build a practical path forward.
